OLIVIA'S DIARY[#1 - Intentional]

All Olivia could do was turn & toss as she laid on her bed, the statement her mother made reverberating in her head. It was as sharp as the sting of a bee. "Maybe if I had had you for another man things would have turned out better and brighter."

She perfectly understood her mother's point of view, however she could not bare to think that God made a mistake by making her come through her Father's lineage. She turned to her aunt whom she thought would have a opinion different from her mother's, but nothing changed, she also nodded affirming her mother's statement.

"Could this be true,did God really make a mistake?" Olivia was almost overwhelmed by her thoughts,until something sparked up in her. Just the way everything changes when electricity is restored. She became bold and confident all of a sudden,her face beaming with smile.

"No! she said, God couldn't have made a mistake, there must be a purpose why He brought me here, why He brought me into My Daddy's family, and that purpose I will fulfill."

By now, Olivia is well grounded in God's word, and as she laid right there on her bed, different scriptures affirming and confirming God's intentionality about her life flashed through her mind. Did the word of God not say;

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you [and approved of you as My chosen instrument]..."

Jeremiah 1:5aAMP

"For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord , ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope."

Jeremiah 29:11 AMP

She rejoiced believing God's word concerning her, believing that God has a purpose for her life and it would definitely be fulfilled.
