"Behold I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?" Isaiah 43:19 ESV

What a revitalizing word! Hearing this alone would almost immediately make one excited and joyful. Show me someone who despises hope, or someone who resents positive turn around in their situation. Nayyyy! I haven't seen any yet. But wait first, before we get all caught up in the excitement, would you take a few minute to go over that scripture again, especially the part that says "now it springs forth."

You know, as much as we are excited about what's springing up, the new... What do we do with it? At the time when God gives a new vision, opens a door of connection, or makes a supernatural provision. Does it all stop there? Or are there other things to be done? My answer is an infinite YES.

Do you know that which has sprung up also needs to be sustained, nurtured and tended else it dries up?

Every plant that springs up from the soil needs the right amount of water, nurturing and sunlight if it would grow and blossom any further, so also that which has been given to you.

Imagine a pod of beans springing up and after sometime the sower stops watering and giving it the attention it needs. One should expect such plant to dry up. No wonder Apostle Paul saw the need to encourage Timothy to fan to flame, stir up and nurture the gift in him.

I’m writing to encourage you to fan into a flame and rekindle the fire of the spiritual gift God imparted to you when I laid my hands upon you. -2 Timothy 1:6 TPT

God owes no man nothing, everything you need for life has already been provided. The seed is in you, you have what it takes. All you need to do is to connect with the giver of all gifts, your creator so He can reveal to you what He's put in you and give you the wisdom for execution.

God owes no man nothing, everything you need for life has already been provided.

Here's the point I'm trying to drive home, never trivialize or commonize that which has been given to you by God. Fan it to flame, value it, nurture and water it. When you do, you will see your life blossom and flourish like a tree planted by the river side🌻🌻🌻.

P.S - The road might be rough, it might not look like it at first, never you stop nurturing what God has given you.

Thank you all for your comments. Yea, we have to intentionally NUTURE the things that are committed into our hands, our gifts, abilities, skills, relationship and opportunities.
